Previously known as The Basilica Recreation Centre, Murphy's Community Centre is still serving our Island community with recreational and social programs and services. When presented with the opportunity to purchase the Basilica Rec Centre, Ray and Carolyn Murphy saw it as just the right fit for the Murphy's Pharmacies family. After all, their passion is to see the community healthy in every way: physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and socially! Upgrades to the building are currently taking place.
